Each of our section is capable of conducting an integral production process, necessary for quality assurance, from design to test and inspection, and each section is equipped with the latest NC machines and our own automation equipment.
Furthermore, while a check function tends to be reactive in test and inspection during the final process, with the first priority on users’ advantages, we conduct proactive check in the production process in accordance with our policy of “the top priority on quality” based on our responsibility for products manufactured by us, striving to achieve fully assured quality.
Furthermore, our R & D department, which pursues original research for technological development in newer areas, conducts commissioned development and also develops new products on the basis of our technological capability by setting goals based on a long-term vision and reality and realizing societal needs.

Environmental Policy
In pursuing production in light of global environmental protection and environmental pollution prevention, based on the recognition that it is one of important foundations for sound business activities to establish and review environmental goals, continuously increase environmental improvement achieved, prevent pollution, and comply with laws and regulations as well as obligations that our factories agreed to, TAMADEN INDUSTRY CO.,LTD. specifies its action policy as follows in order to deepen a relationship of trust with local communities and customers and continuously improve a balance between natural environment and production activities.
1. Promotion of global warming prevention
Promote global warming prevention by facilitating further reduction in energy use and reducing the amount of carbon dioxide generated through more active energy saving.
2. Facilitation of resource saving and recycling
Try to save resources used in each stage of production including manufacturing processes and packaging and reduce and recover waste generated in those stages in order to use limited resources on the earth effectively.
3. Compliance with legal and other requirements
Comply with environmental regulations and standards.
